The farmsteads original owner was Archibold Taylor. Agricultural and a Horse Farm were part of the farms past history. Up until approximately the 1950's, the property was a working dairy farm.The farm was purchased around 2000 by the Borough through funding from Green Acres and Grants by the Hunterdon County Cultural and Heritage Commission. Partial acerage is owned by Clinton Township. All the properties structures are owned and protected by the Borough of High Bridge.The site is currently not open to the public, and vacant at this time.
